Circet UK is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team! Reporting to the Head of HR (UK), this role plays a vital part in aligning our people strategy with business goals, supporting leaders across multiple sites to deliver exceptional results through engaged, high‑performing teams.

You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership and employees, shaping a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, and people management best practices.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Identify learning and development needs, collaborating with L&D teams to deliver targeted training.
  • Support managers with performance management, goal setting, and coaching conversations.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions.
  • Support the design and implementation of employee benefits aligned with company strategy.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging through engagement and awareness initiatives.
  • Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and inform decision‑making.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
What You'll Need

Experience
2+ years’ experience in an HR role at Advisor or Coordinator level.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of an organisation.
Experience supporting multi‑site teams or remote environments is desirable.

Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing business priorities.

Qualifications
CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or willingness to work towards).
Full UK Driving Licence (due to travel requirements).
