Overview

A multinational technology firm is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team based in Southwest London. As the organisation embraces hybrid working, you are able to work from home 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Report into the HR Director and be the first point of contact for HR queries across a workforce of circa 150 employees.
  • Provide hands-on support with employee relations matters, collaborate with Talent Managers on recruitment initiatives, oversee day-to-day HR operations and design and deliver regular management training.
  • Coach and advise managers on ER performance management and workforce planning.
Qualifications
  • Proven CIPD qualified HR professional with solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and a tech-savvy, proactive HR Generalist with line management experience.
  • Experience in a multi-brand organisation or within the software/technology sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
