The Human Resources team at Cytiva UK and Ireland seeks an innovative and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate closely with our Site Director.

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide comprehensive and efficient HR support to our Portsmouth manufacturing site, ensuring high standards of professional service. This role will be instrumental in delivering both strategic and operational Human Resources initiatives within a complex and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a continuous improvement approach and collaborate closely with Senior Leaders and Management to align all people-related solutions with our core values, while remaining committed to fostering an excellent employee (Associate) experience.

This position reports to the UK and Ireland Human Resources Manufacturing Leader. Although the role operates independently, it is integrated within the Cytiva UK and Ireland Human Resources team. The role benefits from the guidance of an Employee Relations Centre of Excellence and support from our Associate Care Platform team, which manages the operational functions of Human Resources.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and, when appropriate, constructive challenge.
  • Lead and support initiatives spanning the full HR spectrum, including organisation design, talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, guide decision-making, and optimise outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the site and the broader HR function to shape effective policies and people practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that company values are embedded in all people-related activities.

This role is suited to someone who has substantial experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in a large, fast-paced organisations and has developed leadership capability in a complex environment. The role will require someone who is proactive, commercially minded and skilled at balancing strategic input with hands on delivery of Human Resources related matters.
