This is a newly created HR Business Partner position, designed to provide hands-on partnership to Managing Directors and senior operational leaders across major divisions.
You'll be the go-to HR adviser for your business area, balancing day-to-day pragmatism with longer-term strategic input. Working closely with the HR Director, you'll play a key role in shaping a proactive, service-oriented HR team and embedding consistent, best-practice people standards across sites and projects.
This is a five-day-a-week, office-based role - ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face relationships, collaboration and visibility in a fast-moving operational setting.
