Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for people and an interest for luxury retail? Macmillan Davies are partnered with a growing luxury retailer in London to support them with an exciting new HR Business Partner role.

In this role, you'll be a partner to both the retail and head office teams, working closely with leaders to deliver people initiatives that enhance performance, drive engagement, and reflect the values of the business. You'll split your time between the London head office (3 days per week), working from home, and visiting the beautiful stores across the UK to support and engage with the retail teams.

What you'll be doing:
  • Partnering with retail and head office leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Supporting and coaching managers on performance, development, and employee relations matters
  • Championing a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity across all teams
  • Supporting change initiatives, including organisational design and culture projects
  • Ensuring legal compliance and best practice across all HR processes and policies
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally in a retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident in managing complex ER cases
  • A people-first mindset with the ability to build trust at all levels
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge, advise, and influence
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to the stores across the UK
