  • Use appraisal data and our talent matrix to spot and support both high performers and those who need a little extra help.
  • Coach and guide managers to create meaningful development and recognition plans.
  • Champion learning opportunities and help shape career journeys for our people.
Organisation & Efficiency
  • Advise on structures and roles to ensure we're set up for success, with the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Support initiatives that improve efficiency and flexibility across hotels and support functions.
Engagement & Culture
  • Be a true advocate for engagement, using feedback and forums to identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with managers to drive action plans that make our hotels great places to work.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and open communication.
Talent & Succession
  • Own the talent agenda within your hotels, ensuring succession plans are active and up to date.
  • Get involved in collaboration activities and development centres for our rising stars.
  • Help ensure we always have the right people in our pipeline for future success.
Recruitment & Selection
  • Support managers to use our recruitment process confidently and effectively.
  • Partner with our recruitment team to bring extraordinary talent into our hotels.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations cases.
  • Equip and upskill managers to handle ER processes fairly, consistently, and with confidence.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in HR partnering, with a strong understanding of employee relations, engagement, and talent management.
  • A natural coach who can build trust, influence and guide managers.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance people priorities with business needs.
  • Adaptable and confident in working with both hotel operations and central support teams.
