People (HR) Business Partner - Bristol | £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

We are working with a leading professional services firm known for its supportive culture and commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to step up into a People (HR) Business Partner role — offering exceptional support, coaching, and exposure to a wide range of exciting HR projects.

The Role

As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with senior managers to shape and deliver people strategies that align with wider business goals.

  • Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement the people plan
  • Leading engagement and cultural initiatives, such as employee forums and wellbeing projects
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on people matters
  • Collaborating across the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Using data and insights to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement
The person

We are looking for someone who is:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it)
  • An experienced HR Advisor keen to gain Business Partnering experience or someone already working as a BP looking to gain different experience.
  • Experience within a professional services environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Confident, proactive, and commercially minded.
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Passionate about driving engagement and cultural change.

Location
