A national R&D center seeks an experienced HR Business Partner in Bristol to lead HR initiatives that support UK manufacturing. This role involves partnering with managers, leading complex change projects, and enhancing employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong generalist HR experience and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. This position offers hybrid working and a commitment to meaningful outcomes.
Location: Bristol (hybrid typically 2 days on site)
Salary: £54,102£63,035 depending on experience
Security Clearance: You will be required to undertake government security clearance if successful securing this role.
