Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers across multiple sites
  • Lead on employee relations matters including casework and policy implementation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities

  • Contribute to organisational change and development programmes
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to improve service delivery
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the third or public sector
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid/agile environment
  • Passionate about person-led, trauma-informed HR practices
