HR Business Partner

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid 3 days on site)
Salary: GBP380
Contract Type: Interim until end March 2026

The Role

You’ll act as a trusted HR partner to managers and teams, providing expert guidance across the full HR spectrum – employee relations, reward, talent, performance, and change.

Key focus areas include:

  • Managing complex ER cases with confidence and empathy
  • Coaching managers on people management and policy
  • Supporting reward processes and organisational design activity
  • Using data and insight to drive better people decisions
  • Promoting a culture of inclusion, wellbeing and performance
About You

You’ll be a proactive, solutions-focused HR professional who thrives on variety and challenge.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong HR partnering experience in a large or fast-paced organisation
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confidence managing complex people issues
  • Excellent stakeholder, influencing and communication skills
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
