A local government authority in the United Kingdom is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide proactive HR support. This role involves managing complex casework and partnering with management to implement organisational changes. The ideal candidate will be confident and credible with strong relationship-building skills. The position is full-time and allows for flexible working arrangements until October 2026.
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering proactive, solution-focused HR support that drives organisational change and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead on complex casework, support change initiatives, and partner with managers to embed cultural change and deliver effective services.
The role is full time with flexible working considered and is fixed term until October 2026.
