An organization focused on children's welfare is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. This role involves providing strategic HR guidance and support, working closely with senior management. Candidates should have a strong background in HR issues and policies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment. The position supports a hybrid work model with emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
This role may involve nationwide travel, we'd be happy to discuss the expected frequency and typical locations with you. Due to travel and training we will only progress applications for those located in the West and East Midlands areas.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be part of our nationally dispersed HR Business Partnering team within the wider HR and OD team. You will work closely with HR colleagues and the Senior HR Management team to delivery operational and strategic HR outcomes, as a genuine Business Partner to senior managers and their extended management teams.
