Overview

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a fast-paced and highly successful business based near Evesham to recruit their new HR Associate Director.

HR Associate Director

Salary: up to £100,000 + £6,700 Car Allowance + Great Benefits and Scope!

Location: nr Evesham (3-4 days office based, with occasional travel)

Contract: Permanent / Full time / Flexible Working

Role overview

This exciting role offers you the chance to lead, shape and deliver the company’s people strategy as it embarks on a cultural change journey – driving initiatives that strengthen culture, build talent and capability, improve communications, and enhance organisational performance.

Responsibilities
  • As part of the senior leadership team, report directly to the CEO and influence and execute strategic decisions across the business.
  • Lead a small HR team (x3.5) and provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR and HR project management – from organisational design and change management to talent development, reward, engagement and leadership capability.
  • Drive governance and project management to deliver people-related initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
Qualifications and experience
  • Significant leadership experience in complex, consultancy, knowledge-based, or scientific environments.
  • Strong project management skills and sound commercial acumen; hands-on approach.
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Authentic, empathetic and influential leadership with a focus on creating an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
