A charitable organization is seeking an HR Assistant to work remotely. The role requires managing recruitment and payroll, providing HR advice, and supporting senior management on various projects. We’re currently looking for an HR Assistant to join us on a permanent basis, the job is working remotely.
As an HR Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for all people related matters, managing the recruitment and payroll elements of our charity.
Providing advice and guidance to managers on policies, procedures and employment law, you will support the HR Consultant and Head of Operations and Finance on a range of projects.
