Job description

This is an exciting time to join our busy HR team. If you have a background in administration, excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and attitude to your work and a strong commitment to customer service, then we would love to hear from you.

In this busy and varied role, you’ll support the administration of key HR processes spanning the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to leavers. You’ll be the first point of contact for all general HR queries for the airports you support. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but full training will be provided.

You’ll be a key player within a small team working hard to ensure a top quality service is provided. You’ll be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise. You’ll also need to be proficient with Microsoft Office packages and have good IT skills with previous experience of using databases. The ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

We can consider applications to work on a hybrid basis, with the successful candidate based within daily travelling distance of any of our 11 airports. There will be some travel to our Head Office required.

In return for your professionalism and commitment we offer an excellent pay and allowance package, generous annual leave entitlement, company pension and employee assistance programme. We are supportive of our employees’ ongoing learning and development and offer a variety of training opportunities.

Closing date: 23 November 2025. For more information and criteria for the role apply online at www.hial.co.uk/careers.
