Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a HR team within a law firm or professional services.
  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • A collaborative, discrete but communicative and open approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Manage employee lifecycle correspondence.
  • Complete wider processes for all employee administration.
  • Support with meeting bookings and arrangements.
  • Prepare leaver letters and complete relevant administration.
  • Arrange Exit Interviews.
