Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an Assistant HR Advisor to join Lincolnshire Police. This role requires supporting HR operations and case management within a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate must have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience with solid HR advice skills and strong organisational capabilities. The position is office-based, but occasional travel across Lincolnshire may be necessary. The contract is for 6 months with a pay rate of £14.72 per hour.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards it.
  • Previous experience in providing HR advice to managers.
  • Strong organisational and detail-oriented capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR case management and preparation for formal meetings.
  • Assist with HR queries and case management.
  • Produce management information for Senior Leadership Teams.
  • Support investigations and maintain HR records.

Skills

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience
HR advice and guidance experience
Organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Microsoft Office competence
Relationship building
Commitment to continuous learning
Ability to travel within Lincolnshire
Experience in attendance management
Understanding of police service regulations
