Job summary

A higher education institution in Scotland seeks an HR Support role to assist in recruitment, payroll, and maintaining HR data. This exciting role based within our HR department encompasses the full range of HR activities including recruitment, payroll, minute taking, and maintaining the data held within our HR Information System.

You will provide assistance to and support the HR Advisors in delivering a high quality, efficient and effective HR service for the College.

To be successful in this role you need to show initiative, have a keen eye for detail, work at a fast pace and be professionally curious.

You will be educated to HND level or have relevant experience in an HR related environment. You will have comprehensive knowledge of HR Information systems and have experience of providing support within an HR environment.

Once you have taken time to understand the organisation and you are confident with the HRIS, we are happy to support hybrid working with most of the team splitting their time between home and Ayr Campus, with occasional travel to our other campuses at both Kilmarnock and Kilwinning.
