Morson is partnering with a leading environmental projects organisation based just outside Whitby, growing their HR team. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) offering hybrid working with up to 2 days per week from home. Youll work closely with a supportive and collaborative HR team, reporting directly to the Head of HR.
As an HR Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, providing administrative and organisational support across all areas of HR, helping to keep processes running smoothly and ensuring accurate, timely updates to HR systems and records. Youll be a go-to contact for employee queries, assist with onboarding, maintain accurate data in the HRIS, and contribute to HR initiatives and communications.
