Overview

HR Assistant (Full-Time) – Location: Slough – Salary: £30,000

Opportunity Highlights

Responsibilities
  • Assist with communicating, training and ensuring compliance of all Human Resource policies and procedures
  • General daily HR related administration duties and provide support and advice to employees on company policies, compensation and benefits, and other queries
  • Process documentation and prepare employee correspondence for any formal or contractual employee changes (Offer letters/Contract of employment, invitation letter for disciplinary meetings, grievance, references, leavers letter exit questionnaires etc.)
  • Manage absenteeism, including reporting, return to work interview process and corrective actions where needed
  • Process holiday and absence requests, lieu days, bereavement and dependent leave
  • Managing employee files to ensure compliance including the right to work
The Ideal Candidate
  • We really need someone experienced who can hit the ground running from day 1! This is a fast paced manufacturing site and ideally we need someone from a similar background.
  • You will have a background in HR as an HR administrator/HR Assistant or HR Officer
  • CIPD qualified or to degree standard
  • Excellent Computer Skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
