Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, qualified, studying, or planning to start.
  • Previous HR admin experience in-house or shared service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and confident with MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration including contracts, letters, and GDPR compliance.
  • Support recruitment process from advert creation to onboarding.
  • Handle payroll inputs and benefits administration.
  • Organize learning logistics and feedback collection.
  • Maintain a positive work environment through events and initiatives.
  • Maintain HRIS and trackers and produce standard reports.

The Role:

As our HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our People team, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring a great experience for candidates and employees alike. From contracts and onboarding to payroll inputs and wellbeing events, you’ll have a hand in it all.

Responsibilities:
  • HR administration: Contracts, letters, references, right-to-work checks, GDPR compliance, employee file management
  • Recruitment Support: Adverts, interview scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding packs
  • Payroll & Benefits: Payroll inputs, managing starters/leavers and liaise with Finance. Benefits administration and management
  • Learning & Development: Organise learning logistics, bookings, materials, attendance, feedback collation
  • Well-being: Maintain a positive work environment, organise events and DEI initiatives
  • Maintain HRIS & trackers: ER, Talent Acquisition, policies, reviews and produce standard reports and meeting packs
About you:
  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent)—whether you’re qualified, currently studying, or planning to start
  • Previous HR admin experience (in-house or shared service)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and confident with MS Office and HR systems
  • Organised, service-oriented, and excellent at managing time
