Are you passionate about HR and looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support their Global Resources team! This is a temporary, full-time position which offers remote working!

Contract Details
  • Duration: ASAP for 1-2 months
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 34.5 hours (core hours 10‑4) 8am‑4pm or 9am‑5pm
  • Company Type: International animal charity
  • Pay Rate: £15
  • Location: Remote with occasional visits to the London office in London Bridge
What You'll Do
  • HR Platform Support: Assist in rolling out a new HR system—uploading data, testing functionality, and answering queries
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, interview schedules, and onboarding processes for new hires
  • Leave Management: Log leave requests and ensure compliance with policies
  • HR Advisory: Handle internal queries and draft necessary documentation
What We're Looking For
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and EDI practices
  • Experience in HR, preferably in the charity sector
  • Proficiency in managing sensitive data and HR platforms
  • Experience with Moorepay HR system is desirable
