Job summary

Witherslack Group in Lupton is seeking an HR Assistant to support our Children’s Homes, Schools, Clinical Teams and Group with onboarding of new starters and day-to-day HR administration.

You’ll handle admin queries, ensure safer recruitment practices, maintain employee records and collaborate with managers to safeguard children and young people.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration skills and a high degree of computer literacy.
• Meticulous and organised working approach with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Multitasking experience while maintaining excellent customer service with stakeholders.

We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicated team, based at our beautiful location in Lupton. You will support our Children’s Homes, Schools, Clinical Teams and Group with their onboarding of new starters and be responsible for day to day HR administration and employee records.

You will also deal with all administration queries relating to your area and work closely alongside department managers to ensure compliance. Meanwhile, you will also make sure that our staff are recruited in line with safer recruitment practices and onboarding, which is crucial to the safeguarding of our children and young people.
