A leading charity organization in Scotland is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team. This full-time role involves providing HR administrative support, assisting with daily tasks like managing enquiries, minute taking, and updating records. We’re now on the look out for an HR Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis covering the North East of Scotland. This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming, professional and truly people focused HR team.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you’ll get to develop and learn new skills within various aspects of HR. This is an exciting and varied role where no two days are the same.
As one of our HR Assistants you’ll work alongside our HR Advisor and wider stakeholders across the organisation, providing general HR administrative support. You’ll assist with day-to-day HR tasks including managing enquiries, preparing agendas, minute taking, updating records, processing occupational health referrals and HR invoices.

It would be great if you have previous experience within an HR setting, but this isn’t essential if you’re bringing a strong administrative background, sound attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
There will be occasions that we’ll need you to travel to other Cornerstone branch locations for meetings and training (travel expenses would be reimbursed as set out in our expense policy with travel reimbursed by HMRC legislation.
