A growing business in the City Of London is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support their HR team. Key responsibilities include payroll processing, recruitment assistance, and maintaining employee records. Ideal candidates will have HR administrator experience or be graduates looking to start their HR careers. Proficiency in HR information systems is essential, while previous payroll management experience is desirable.
My client, a successful and growing business, is looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to join their friendly Human Resources team.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the Head of HR with the delivery of the people strategy to meet organisational and departmental objectives as well as actively supporting the operation of the business by delivering an effective, proactive and professional HR service. Responsibilities:-
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience at HR Administrator level along with the ability to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values. Previous experience of payroll management is desirable but not essential. My client will also consider graduates looking for a step into Human Resources. You must be IT literate and be able to use a HR information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data.
