A national healthcare service located in Scotland is seeking a part-time HR Assistant to support medical recruitment processes. This role includes administrative tasks, managing job approvals, and ensuring compliance with KPIs. Ideal candidates possess a Certificate in HR Practice and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Working within the HR Medical and Dental Services Team and with direction from the HR Advisor, the purpose of the role is to assist the Snr HR Assistant in the management of recruitment for career grade doctors including Consultants, Specialist, Specialty and Locum doctors.
The role will include the administration of the recruitment process from job approval, advert to pre-employment checks and contract. Interviews are attended to provide HR support.
Our system, Jobtrain, is required to be updated regularly to ensure that KPI’s are met.
The role will provide cross-cover to support the HR Assistants with a focus on Resident Doctor recruitment, Bank/Agency, New Deal/Working Time for Resident Doctors. Payroll/SSTS etc.
