A national charity organization in Birkenhead is seeking an enthusiastic HR professional to provide vital support in HR processes, procedures, and projects. The role involves recruitment processing, assisting employee relations, and maintaining HR systems. Ideal candidates will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with flexibility to meet diverse deadlines. Applicants will also receive support to achieve a CIPD Level 5 qualification, and travel may be required.
We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate individual to join our high performing HR team, which operates on a hybrid working basis, working from both home and our head office in Birkenhead, Wirral.
Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will provide support in the delivery of HR processes, procedures and projects which include assisting with employee relation cases, including sickness absence, performance management, flexible working and any other tasks as required in line with our policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for recruitment processing, ensuring our safer recruitment process is adhered to and that candidates in recruitment are processed in a proactive manner.
You will act as a point of contact and provide generalist support over a range of HR topics and will ensure the HR management systems is kept up to date at all times.
You must have exceptional organisational and communication skills and will need to be flexible in order to meet varying deadlines as required by other members of the team, whilst managing your own workload.
As we are a national charity based in both England and Wales, travel may be required from time to time.
The successful applicant will be supported by NYAS in obtaining a CIPD level 5 qualification.
