A multi-academy trust is looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Administrator. The role includes supporting recruitment across schools, preparing offer letters, and maintaining personnel administration. Greensand Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an experienced administrator to take on the role of HR and Recruitment Administrator in our friendly and welcoming Central Team as soon as possible.
This is a busy administrative role primarily supporting recruitment across our ten schools, including:
Part‑time (30‑36 hours per week) over 42 weeks per year (term time plus an additional 3 weeks). Office‑based role at Reigate School, Pendleton Road, Reigate.
The full‑time equivalent annual salary is £27,634 to £29,604. The pro‑rata annual salary starts at £21,335 based on 30 hours per week over 42 weeks per annum.
