We are a global education business, operating primarily B2C, supporting thousands of expert tutors and tens of thousands of students worldwide.
Since our founding in 2015 by the Evans brothers, The Profs has been driven by a clear mission: to combine exceptional tutoring with innovative technology to help students achieve their personal and academic goals.
Our commitment to excellence has been consistently recognised, with The Profs ranked as Trustpilot's highest-rated tutoring company for eight consecutive years. We've been named the UK's top tutoring company by Education Investor, listed among the UK's Top 100 Startups, and received an innovation grant from the Department for Education. Our founders have also been celebrated with awards including Forbes 30 Under 30 and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
As part of our ambitious growth strategy within the Operations team, we are seeking a HR and Recruitment Administrator to assist the tutor team and ensure we continue to help as many students as possible receive their dream education outcomes.
This is a pivotal moment to join us, as we enter a new phase of expansion across the company. You'll gain a front-row seat to how a fast-paced, high-growth organisation scales-while playing a crucial role in making it happen.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal hires and tutors across The Profs Group. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to forecast hiring needs, manage multiple recruitment pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, people-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships and connecting great talent with their perfect opportunity.
