Due to continued growth, our client, a leading legal firm are seeking an HR Assistant with experience in Payroll, to join their growing team, focused on Reward & Recognition.

This is an excellent opportunity to support payroll, benefits and the recognition processes that enhance employee engagement.

What you'll do
  • Process accurate monthly payroll using Cintra IQ, including reconciliations and reporting
  • Administer benefits and recognition schemes, ensuring timely updates for new joiners and changes
  • Support salary review processes and related documentation
  • Maintain document management systems and ensure compliance
  • Prepare headcount reports and provide data to Finance as required
  • Assist with ad hoc projects within the People Engagement team
What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in payroll or HR administration, ideally within professional services
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; payroll systems experience desirable
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
