Job description
Overview

We are seeking a data-driven HR Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and expertise in AI technologies to help transform workforce data into meaningful business insights. This role focuses on using AI and predictive analytics to identify workforce trends, benchmark against the market, and answer the all-important question: "So what?" - turning raw data into strategic action. You will work closely with the People and Business leadership to shape strategies, optimise workforce planning, and ensure our HR practices are aligned with both internal goals and external market dynamics.

Responsibilities
  • Using AI tools to analyse People data to identify key trends and patterns in People data and other vital metrics, including highlighting key concerns.
  • Implementing predictive analytics to forecast future People trends across the metrics and highlight any possible concerns.
  • Engaging with the Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to understand existing perceptions and challenges.
  • Comparing key internal People data with market trends using AI‑enhanced tools.
  • Using AI‑driven insights to identify how our organisation compares to competitors and broader industry trends, providing a data‑backed view of our HR standing.
  • Monitoring industry reports, academic research, and market intelligence to continuously refine the AI models used to assess trends.
  • Using insights to prepare recommendations to the relevant leadership team, outlining the implications of current trends and what changes or strategies are needed to mitigate concerns.
  • Utilising data to either debunk myths or diagnose issues, providing data‑driven insights to develop actionable solutions.
  • Supporting the building of key dashboards and data visualisations in Power BI, Workday or similar tools.
  • Supporting the reports that highlight workforce dynamics and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborating with the People and business leaders to understand their needs and use AI‑driven insights to help solve specific challenges in their business.
  • Using forecasting models to anticipate headcount, turnover and other identified concerns.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving AI models, People analytics tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Exploring new AI technologies to enhance insight generation and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Degree in HR, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in HR analytics, data science, or workforce planning.
  • Strong skills in AI and relevant data tools.
  • Experience with predictive modelling and trend analysis in People contexts.
