An educational trust in the UK is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their expanding HR team. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, managing payroll, and maintaining HR databases. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills. This full-time role offers hybrid working, 26 days holiday, and regular visits to academies.
We are expanding our HR team and are looking for a new HR Advisor to join our team.
Working with the rest of the team you will provide a comprehensive HR advisory/administration service across multiple academies in the trust, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of working in a HR role would be a great advantage.
We offer hybrid working and you will be expected to visit the academies you support on a regular basis. Full details of the post can be found in the Job Description.
This is a full time role work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. You will be entitled to 26 days holiday (rising to 31) and 8 bank holiday per year.
