Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a professional, client-focused HR service across the full employee lifecycle. This is a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' generalist HR experience and will provide HR advice, manage employee lifecycle processes, and support recruitment activities. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ generalist HR experience.
• Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice on employee relations and best practice.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes and onboarding.
• Support recruitment activities like advert creation and interviews.
