Job summary

A leading entertainment and sports agency in Greater London seeks an HR Advisor to support Senior HR Business Partners. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HR experience, a CIPD level 5 qualification, and knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday. Key responsibilities include providing HR advice, supporting recruitment processes, and managing employee documentation. This position prioritizes confidentiality and effective communication skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of HR experience, including generalist HR Adviser experience.
• Good understanding of HR employment law and HR processes.
• Experience of using HRIS, ideally Workday.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for all HR matters.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees and junior managers.
• Lead or support with any ER matters as required.
