Job summary

A public sector organization in Northern Ireland is seeking an HR Advisor (Resourcing) to support the Senior HR Advisor in delivering effective employee resourcing services. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Human Resource Management and relevant experience. This role involves implementing the workforce plan and maintaining resourcing policies. Closing dates for applications are 06 and 07 November 2025, respectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Human Resources function to include employee resourcing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Level 5 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior HR Advisor to deliver a professional resourcing service.
• Implement the workforce plan in a timely manner.
• Review and update employee resourcing processes.

Job description

The HR Advisor (Resourcing) will support the Senior HR Advisor to ensure the effective delivery of all employee resourcing activity for the Housing Executive.

Responsibilities

• To support the Senior HR Advisor to successfully deliver a professional, proactive, customer orientated and high quality resourcing service in support of NIHE objectives.
• To implement the workforce plan in a timely basis.
• To implement the Resourcing Policy and any associated policies and procedures.
• To regularly review and update processes and procedures relating to employee resourcing.
• To ensure the timely preparation and setting of advertisements for resourcing exercises.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree level qualification (Level 6) in Human Resource Management and Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a Human Resources function to include employee resourcing.
• OR Level 5 qualification in Human Resources and Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Human Resources function to include employee resourcing.
