Job Description

Salary: Up to £35,000 DoE
Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 (37.5 hours)

Key responsibilities:

  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Workforce planning and optimisation.
  • Compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Employee engagement and retention analysis.
  • HR systems and technology.
  • Compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of a HR system, such as Cascade or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, relevant employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
