A nationwide engineering company is seeking a Part-Time HR Advisor for its Bristol location. This role offers the flexibility to work 22.5 hours per week, either spread over three 7.5-hour days or across five days. You will be responsible for managing HR Policies, Personnel, Learning & Development, and Performance & Development within a close-knit HR team. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and general HR skills are required to thrive in this position, which also provides opportunities for further career development.

HR Advisor - Part Time

£35,000 circa - Pro-Rata - 22.5 hour weeks

Are you an experienced HR Advisor seeking a part time role that offers the flexibility to work either 3 days per week on 7.5 hour days or 4.5 hour days across a 5 day week?

The company are an established nationwide engineering company and are looking to add to their HR team. Having found that part time works for certain roles they are offering this rare opportunity for part time work with flexibility.

This is a rounded role covering HR Policies, Personnel, L&D and Performance & Development. You will form part of a close knit and well organised HR team.

This is a CIPD Level 5 role and offers the opportunity for further development also to grow your career.
