A leading logistics provider in Bridgwater is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to manage employee relations and support a diverse workforce. You will lead ER cases, coach line managers, and drive employee engagement initiatives. Here at GXO, we're looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team in Bridgwater, supporting our NHS contract. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll be the go-to expert for all things Employee Relations (ER), helping managers navigate complex cases and drive positive outcomes.
This role is being offered on a part-time, permanent basis. You will be working 20 hours per week, with hours and days that suit you. However, flexibility will be required, this is logistics after all!

We're looking to offer a salary of up to£17,066.66 per annum, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pro rata based on hours.
