Wise May are looking for a CIPD certified HR Advisor to deliver general HR services for a Global Membership company in the City of London. Within this role you will be working with the Head of HR to undertake a wide range of tasks across the full HR lifecycle.

This is a full time, 12 month FTC with hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH) with a salary of up to £55,000.

HR Advisor duties and responsibilities
  • Employee Relations - Providecomplex ER advice to managers and the leadership team.
  • Performance & Development - Identify newlearning needsand implement core learning programmes within the organisation.
  • HR policies and compliance - Develop and update policies and procedures and contribute tothe diversity and inclusion plans.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding/Offboarding - Manage the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Workplace wellbeing & engagement - Support employee engagement initiatives and develop the wellbeing programme.
  • HR Operations - Support the implementation of HR projects and fully administer the payroll function ensuring tax compliancy.
HR Advisor key skills and experience required
  • Experience workingwithin a small HR team, undertaking a generalist role with a good understanding of HR processes.
  • Proficientindealing with complex HR issues.
  • CIPD certified at level 5 or above.
  • Experience and understanding of payroll.
