Overview

New Resource Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for an experienced and data-driven HR Advisor to join a global organisation with a strong people-first culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a growing, international business in shaping a modern, scalable HR function.

Based ideally at the company s Hawarden site, you ll report to the HR Director one day per week and play a pivotal role in supporting colleagues across multiple UK and international locations.

About the Role

This is not your average HR generalist position. We re on the lookout for someone who s highly organised, proactive, and ready to dive into data, systems, and HR operations head first. You\'ll support around 200 employees across the UK, Korea, Singapore, India, and France.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain accurate employee data across multiple systems (HRIS knowledge essential)
  • Drive the rollout of our HR system across sites, ensuring full data integrity
  • Generate clear, insightful HR reports using Power BI or similar
  • Provide friendly, approachable policy advice to managers and employees
  • Draft contracts, offer letters, and other employment documentation with confidence
  • Manage recruitment administration and interview coordination
  • Liaise with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations for system/process improvements
  • Support benefits administration and tracking
  • Travel to UK sites approx. once a month for key meetings or training
Who we are looking for
  • A true HR all-rounder with a bias for action and a data-first mindset
  • Experience in HR administration, benefits, and HR systems (HRIS experience essential)
  • Comfortable using or learning Power BI or similar tools for reporting
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Friendly, people-first communicator who can build trust at all levels
  • Someone who thrives in an evolving, cross-cultural environment
  • Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent e.g. CIPD level 5)
Location & Flexibility
  • Preferred base: Hawarden (for ease of induction and collaboration)
  • Occasional travel required (to Westbury & Halesowen)
  • Flexible working options available after onboarding
