Job summary

A local HR consultancy is seeking an HR Advisor in Essex to support their team and clients. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting policy interpretation, and advising on employee relations cases. The ideal candidate will have relevant HR qualifications and experience in generalist HR roles. This full-time position offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Qualifications

  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries via telephone, email, and in person.
  • Support HR Manager on the application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice on HR issues such as leave calculations and flexible working requests.
