Overview

HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Northampton, £17.30ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1628129

Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis, for around 12 weeks plus.

Office Attendance – 2 days at home, 3 days in the office

Hours – Full time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Support: Manage and advise on sickness absence cases.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manager Advisory: Act as a point of contact for managers needing HR advice.
  • Offer practical, hands-on support rather than strategic direction.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR processes across teams.
  • HR Process Execution: Deliver a solid HR programme with a focus on operational delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HR cases.
  • TUPE Support: TUPE processes as needed, though not responsible for managing them independently.
  • General HR Administration: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as directed.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
