A leading outdoor products company in Hebburn is seeking an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support. This role involves overseeing recruitment, advising on employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. The ideal candidate should have HR experience, proficiency in software, and strong communication skills. The starting salary is £35,000 with potential for increase after probation.
