Overview

Position: HR Advisor

Salary: c£45,000

Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm / 9.00am - 5.00pm (flexibility)

Location: Westbury (Travel will be required between UK sites: North Wales and Halesowen - approx. twice per month but could vary dependent on business needs)

Our client based in the Westbury area are looking to recruit a HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis. As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for the smooth running of the facility and will oversee all functions. This will include implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems.

About the Role:

As the HR Advisor, you will provide a crucial support in resolving employee matters, enhancing workplace culture, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, disputes, and grievances across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with management to improve workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Offer guidance and interpretation on HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs tailored for teams and individuals.
  • Assist with the recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Support the performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent, e.g., CIPD level 5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in human resources, ideally within a multi-site environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes.
  • Proven ability to effectively resolve employee relations issues.
