Overview

HR Advisor – 40 hours. Based at our Head Office in Stockport. Permanent full-time contract, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

The HR Advisor Role
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff at our shops and Head Office
  • Provide timely and appropriate advice and guidance with regards to disciplinary, grievance, absence management and employee welfare
  • Conduct both formal and informal meetings by telephone, video call or in person
  • Follow and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Carry out day to day HR administrative duties
The HR Advisor Role Essentials
  • HR experience gained in a similar environment and ideally a multi-sited organisation
  • A good knowledge and use of employment law and HR processes
  • Ability to communicate clearly and articulately both verbally and in writing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident keyboard skills
  • Ability to work hands on in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Organised with a competence to prioritise own workload
  • Occasional travel will be required
