A leading UK food manufacturer in Nottingham is seeking an HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will support the Central HR Manager, manage key HR processes, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. Strong organizational skills and experience handling HR data are essential. Join Our Central HR Team at The Compleat Food Group! We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our welcoming and supportive team HR Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Based at our Nottingham site, you’ll support our Central HR Manager in delivering a first-class HR service. You’ll take ownership of key HR processes, contribute to exciting projects, and help ensure our people have the best possible experience throughout their time with us.

This is a Hybrid role and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Fridays 8.30am – 4pm, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday!
