This standalone role involves educating Managers on best practices in HR, handling employee relations, and assisting in recruitment and onboarding. Candidates should have experience in HR and an understanding of compliance and diversity initiatives. This position offers a 4-day work week with no hybrid options.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a standalone HR role or as a HR Advisor.
  • Ability to coach Managers on HR best practices and processes.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Relations and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for multiple sites.
  • Handle ER, Absence Management, Recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
