Qualifications

  • Proven experience in advising on grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence, etc.
  • Experience in building trust and respect in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide case managed ER support to HRBP team as required.
  • Prepare case management packs for HRBP and Line Managers.
  • Attend disciplinary/grievance/absence related meetings as required.
