Qualifications

• Experience in handling simultaneous Employee Relations cases.
• Familiarity with high volume of New Starters and Leavers.
• Proficiency in required IT and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR point of contact for multiple sites.
• Assist with ER procedures and meetings.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
