Position: HR Advisor (Casework and Change)
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: 16.89 per hour
End Date: March 31, 2026
Location: Yate
Working Pattern: Full Time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

What You'll Do

As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our managers receive the guidance they need on key HR issues, primarily focusing on:

  • Sickness absence management and probation support
  • Delivering HR activities for small workforce change projects, engaging with staff and trade unions
  • Monitoring the HR casework and change inbox, addressing queries promptly
  • Conducting research and analysis to present clear and actionable information
  • Administering casework documents efficiently
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Generalist HR experience, particularly in casework and workforce change
  • Knowledge of employment policies, procedures, and the legislative framework
  • A foundation HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Certificate in People practise) or be working towards one
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
